Fall Auditions

It's that time of year again, and Bruin Harmony is holding our fall auditions. If singing with a great group of guys, making lasting friendships, or gigging on and off campus -- from Bruin Day to sorority Mom's Days -- are things that appeal to you, this is your chance to make them happen! All voice parts, personalities, and backgrounds (but not sexes) are welcome, and no experience is required. If you think you're good enough -- or if you don't -- sign up to audition by following this link. Audition times and locations are as follows:

Wednesday, September 28th
8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Ackerman 2410

Thursday, September 29th
8:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Kerckhoff 152

Friday, September 30th
6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Ackerman 2410

Callbacks
Sunday, October 2nd
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Auditions will take place in ten minute time slots throughout these three days. Walk-in auditions are okay, but priority will go to those with audition slots, so if you can, please sign up. If you sign up for a slot and need to cancel, please let us know by email.

Auditions will consist of a few warm-ups to get an idea of your range, a verse and chorus from two songs of your choice, and either sightsinging or tonal memory, depending on your preference. Those that are called back will have callbacks on Sunday, October 2nd, from 6:00 PM to 10:00pm. You must attend callbacks if you would like to be considered for membership.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to post them here, or e-mail us at bruinharmony@ucla.edu. We hope to see you there!
